The Seax arrived well packaged. It has an 'authentic' feel about it, knowing it was hand forged it is as close to an Anglo-Saxon/Viking made as you can get. The Sheath is very robust, and the Seax itself is very comfortable in the hand and is a solid thick piece of metal that is very sharp. I am very pleased with this purchase. Great communication from Roy the Blacksmith and seller. Thank you for the great all round customer service.

Arrived early and was exactly what I was looking for. Finally, a smith who's not afraid to leave some scale on the blade, and understands what a proper cutting edge is. No complaints here, and I'll be coming back for more.
