Awesome knife - basically the rustic version of a BK9 with an extended guard and sleeker profile that I always wanted. Great handling of my request for a vertical carry sheath (rather than the scout style in the listing). Sheath is beautiful and well-made. Will look great for my 'Ranger' Ren Faire garb, and functional as a large camp/bushcraft knife. Worth every penny!

Coming from a family of hunters I've owned dozens of knifes & i can say with confidence if your looking for quality its here.

Thrilled with my new blade, the integral guarded field knife. Now I can terrify people everywhere a la Crocodile Dundee: "You call that a knife? THIS is a KNIFE!" It fits well in my large hand, the sheath is clean and well-made, and it will certainly be well-suited to any of the heavier tasks I may have that need a blade, such as hacking off blackberry canes or unwanted hickory sprouts in the side yard, etc. It was well worth the wait. 🙂

This field knife is awesome! Hand forged by a Master Blacksmith in Oregon. This will be my trusty friend when I’m in the woods backpacking.
